All of our technicians are licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, Texas Railroad Commission (GAS Piping), and by the Texas Department of Labor Regulations (HVAC). The majority of our technicians are NATE certified, as well. We are preferred service providers, and authorized service reps, for Kohler, Bradford White, Moen, and In-Sink-Erator brand systems.

Air conditioning and heating are quite popular services for us, but we also provide ductless and plumbing systems. We install and service water heaters of all kinds, including hybrid and tankless water heaters. Whether you need AC repair, a new heating system installed, or regular HVAC maintenance, we are here for you!
Our Maintenance Plan
Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling also offers a great maintenance plan for our customers that want to get the most out of their financial investment. As a member of our annual maintenance plan, you'll have emergency shutoff tags placed on your water and gas service valves. This makes it much easier to cut off the supply of water or natural gas during an emergency. You'll also receive savings equaling 15% on the cost of services, including both labor and material. Since you're paying more per year, we'll make sure that you get your money's worth. Any time you call for repairs, we'll be sure to give you priority. You'll also never have to worry about paying a service call fee when calling from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Your various systems are going to need maintenance on a yearly basis, regardless. That is, as long as you want your systems to continue operating properly. Why not cut down on maintenance costs by investing in our maintenance plan?
